Refund Policy - the basics
At Creator Boho, we believe in delivering high-quality, custom creative work while maintaining clear and fair payment terms. To begin working with us, the following payment process applies:

Free Trial Video – We offer one complimentary trial video so you can experience the quality and style of our work.

First Payment – After the trial, to proceed with your project, you are required to pay 50% of the total agreed amount before production begins.

Final Payment – Once your project is completed, the remaining 50% balance must be paid in full before the final deliverables are provided.
No Refund Policy
Due to the custom and creative nature of our services, all payments made are non-refundable. Once payment has been received, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including for partially completed work or change-of-mind decisions.
